Cellulite is one of the biggest confidence killers when it comes to the ways we feel about our body. Most women have it and very few know how to eliminate it. There are creams that claim to do the trick, but nothing is better than exercise. Persistent myths that cardio eliminates cellulite and that cellulite is genetic and therefore unmanageable are exactly that – myths.
