If you are trying to lose weight, you will have to master the art of portion control. A serving size and a portion are both two different things. A serving size is what is recommended, but that doesn’t mean that you have to eat that amount. If you were to serve something on a smaller dish, you would find that you will eat less, because it looks like less food. If you serve it in a bigger dish, it tricks you into thinking you haven’t had enough.
