Intermittent fasting actual has some science behind it backing up that it is actually useful. Our brain is a powerful machine, and when we partake in intermittent fasting, we are shutting off certain productions to make way for new ones. When we fast for a period of time, we switch to burning fat as fuel which can lead to weight loss. One of the most effective ways of losing weight when you are overweight is with intermittent fasting.
